KEESY ELV KKL COMPORT ERROR

Hi thanks for allowing me to join this group . I bought the kessy elv emulator connected them up on bench ,tried using my kkl cable does not see kkl adaptor any help will do I did set comport 1-4 and latancy is set at 1 stil configurator does not see cable

• damaged cable
• problems with VCP driver on PC
• port already occupied by another device (hardware conflict)
• no power to KKL cable

etc...

If possible, test on another PC to be sure what causes issue....
