Who knows....
I think it's a point where battery and coil power are tied both together through internal diodes to power core.
Just test point, nothing usable in our practice.

technically it makes sense what you say, if I tap with GND or + 1v it is not readable anymore, if it exceeds + 6v I kill pcf.
