Sorry Guys I don't speak Russian just yet

I think 1st Gen Radars are pretty much passive sensors, logic is taken care by the VCM (ghp9 67y1x).

@antuk from my understanding: older generation have this block like mine (2013) in addition to the Radar that you are showing in your pictures. Can't remember where I have reed that later gen have more electronic embedded within the radar and NO VCM.

I am wondering what king of modification allowed you to fix the issue! Re-Flash? just removing the preliminary check or else? Which module re-prog was needed? How did you revers engineer this Shit!

Do you still have a functioning active cruise control after opening the radar unit?

Editing of eeprom.
Calibration.

Everything that is needed.
